FISHING THE MATS By Warren Blesh Have you ever fished the mats of weeds/grass on a pond during the summer bloom?  Well, from the looks of the mats on my stock tank, you could walk across it in a few places!  Where you do not think a fish could survive, the bigger Bass lurk in the shade waiting for an easy meal.
