| Kansas Offers Assisted Deer Hunt |

From Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks -- Young and disabled hunters are invited to register to participate in the 6th Annual Tuttle Creek Assisted Deer Hunt. Sponsored by the Riley County Fish and Game Association, Tuttle Creek Lake Corps of Engineers and Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, the hunt will be Sept. 13-14 on public and private land around Tuttle Creek. Persons 16 and younger, as well as anyone with a Disability Assistance Permit issued by KDWP, are eligible. Participants will need a hunting license, deer permit and hunter education certificate (if required).
